All this is easily ascertained whether walking among the olive groves of centuries-old properties that cover an area of approximately 60 hectares at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters above sea level, either by visiting the farm, or stopping in the beautiful farmhouse “Poggio degli Olivi” which is part of the estate.
