NovOlio is the new oil par excellence: the first to be produced, the one who marks the beginning of the oil campaign with its strong and intense flavor. It is made with the first olives harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October and is not filtered. The marketing of this product begins in early October and ends in December, precisely because it is a product intended for immediate consumption.
