Description
Produced with a particular blend of ancient gentilrosso type 2 wheat flour, Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, Einkorn Spelled, Mondo Barley, Khorasan wheat and Oats. Multigrain cereal flour is obtained by slow and low temperature grinding in a traditional stone mill. The flour thus obtained is naturally rich in fiber, it maintains its original content of wheat germ with essential oils rich in vitamin E. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of focaccia, homemade bread with mother yeast, sweets and biscuits.
